Shipping & Refund

The products will be shipped to you Within 24-48 working days from the date of order and the same will be reached within 6-7 working days. 

• All custom-made orders are not returnable.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be considered non-refundable. However, instead of refunds, we will provide you with a credit note valid for 60 days. This credit note can be availed at any time and is flexible to merge with any ongoing orders.
  
  
• Exclusive/Occasional Sale Offers: Please note that for exclusive or occasional sale offers, we will not entertain refunds or returns. The only exception is if there is an issue or damage with the product you receive. In such cases, you will be eligible for a refund.
  
  
• Pre-Paid Orders: For all pre-paid orders, in the event of any damage to your order, we will offer refunds as per our standard refund policy.
